Yo Soy!

I know it’s been like a million years since I’ve posted something I’M SORRY…but I’ve been sooooo busy! Which is a good thing I guess. So listen to this! I checked my two batches of miso early this morning. I’ve been aging them on a shelf in my garage for just about a year and BINGO! Shit is on n poppin! For months it seemed like nothing was percolating in the tubs. It was a very slow fermentation process for some reason but finally I just stopped checking them and I let them be (which is really what miso needs to grow up and live a healthy life). BUT this morning! I popped the seal and everything was MISO HEAVEN! I’ll be posting a detailed update with pics shortly. Right now, I gotta go make the donuts! #CarmichaelShow
